The Beginning of Editing
After our final day of filming took place; we decided it was time to begin our editing process. This is a screen shot of the start of the process so you can clearly track where we start from to our end piece. We are all involved with the editing process in DSD. We will all take our skills learnt within the preliminary and build up our learning process. Our group plan is to cut out all the interruptions and unnecessary filming first, then add the extra lighting, music, voice over and additional effects after. This route is simpler and should help us in the long run. Currently all the shots are mixed up and un-edited there is allot of filming that's not relevant or at a really bad quality. Personally, i am the one in charge of the camera and the memory stick, so if i lose the edited work or pre filming our group will be in trouble. To ensure that i don't loose the work permanently i have backed it up in my usb cable. Quite often i look at my edited work at home and call upon improvements that can be made; if i am having trouble with editing i can access certain websites that teach you how to use Premier Pro and YouTube.
Point being, this is the start.. Keep in touch to review progress. Thank you
